For each headline question we keep the published weighted “% positive” summary result and its respondent base, joined to a GP practice by the file’s practice-code column (≈99% of practices match). A geography’s figure for a measure is the RESPONSE-WEIGHTED mean across its in-scope practices (Σ value×responses ÷ Σ responses), rolled up through the ODS organisation tree (practice → PCN → ICB → national).
