The headline is the % of responses who would recommend their practice; the recommend % is Σ recommend ÷ Σ responses, rolled up by summation. FFT is VOLUNTARY, so coverage is patchy — practices with fewer than five responses have their breakdown suppressed at source and are simply absent (best-effort, never fabricated), and low-response practices are flagged "·low n".
